jetbackup5api ManageSettings (failure to register)

Hi,

JBMC version = 1.1.9
JB versions = 5.3.12, 5.3.14.6


I upgraded (wiped and re-installed, actually) a JBMC server to Almalinux 9 and re-installed JBMC. In the process of re-adding servers, register is failing quite simply with a missing API function.

Queue log in JBMC:

Hello NickGreen,

Thank you for contacting us! Please note that we have an internal case (JBMC - #215) to address this error. As a temporary workaround, you would be able to register the JetBackup server if it is on version 5.3.15+, which is currently available on our ALPHA tier.

If you prefer to stay on JetBackup v5.3.14.6, we have a patch available. This patch allows versions lower than v5.3.15 to successfully register to JBMC v1.1.9. To have the patch applied, please open a ticket with us through the Client Area or email [email protected].
