Hi @alphonseligardo, Just to clarify, the creation date indicates when the files/folders were last created/modified and do not indicate when the backup was generated. Restoring the following directory from the January 28th backup should restore it to its current state when the backup was generated. ...

JetBackup creates a temporary copy of the backups per account basis before transferring it to the destination and we recommend having a minimum reserved free space of 110% the largest account on your server. Hi edgecity, We generally recommend to let your Backup Job run through the number of retention you have set to naturally build up a new set of compressed backups and automatically flush out/delete your old incremental backups. Hi Streamtech,
You can Force Stop jobs by going to WHM > JetBackup > Logs
Then click on the specific Job stuck on processing to expand additional options and select "Force Stop Process"
