How to cancel running job in queue? Job in queue with status 'Processing' almost 12 days. How to stop or kill this task?

Hi Streamtech,
You can Force Stop jobs by going to WHM > JetBackup > Logs
Then click on the specific Job stuck on processing to expand additional options and select "Force Stop Process"
