No Downloads Found
Why we have not any Downloads when we have Backup?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out through our forums. The Downloads Page for JetBackup 5 is the place where Downloaded Backups will available to download to your local machine. Once backups have been generated for your accounts, you can download their backups by going to Accounts -> View Backups -> Select your Backup/Backup Items -> Press Download. More information on this can be found in our documentation at View Backups.
Completed downloads are stored in the Downloads Directory and can also be accessed via the terminal by a user with root access.
