[ERROR] Updating snapshot on Integrity Check Job

Hi

hello to all

We are receiving many errors of this type, in all accounts (we see it in the integrity check log)

...

Viewing on WHM, in the Jetbackup GUI, all backups are seen as DAMAGED, indicating that "The backup may not be completed.
Although in the daily reports no type of error occurs

Cpanel user sees that the backup list is empty. :roll:
We use Cloudflare R2 as a supported S3 destination

Any idea what is happening? :?:

Will it have to do with any of these S3 destination configurations?

Large files upload chunk size
Select the multipart upload chunk size for large files. Lower this value if you find large files are failing to upload. [ default: 5120 MB ]

Keep Alive timeout
The time in seconds, that the host will allow an idle connection to remain open before it is closed. [ default: 60 seconds ]

Max Keep Alive Requests
The maximum number of requests that can be sent on a single connection before closing it. Choose "Determined by remote vendor" to fetch the maximum keep alive requests automatically. [ default: 100 ]

This is what my R2 bucket storage looks like in Cloudflare, after today's integrity check Job :(

Hello IntegracionT,

Thank you for your inquiry! JetBackup will mark the snapshots as "Damaged" when one or more items in the backups are corrupted or did not transfer properly during the backup process. It's hard to determine what could be the problem with the images that were provided. Kindly open a ticket with us so we can investigate this issue.
