Backup Partially Completed for large websites
Backup Partially Completed for large websites
The backup service works fine with almost all the websites on my server. I only get a "Partially Completed" error for websites that take up more space, over 10Gb even though I excluded the log and cache folders from the backup.

Hello SISILAB,
I would recommend contacting our Tech Support Team so that they can analyze the logs for the affected accounts and help troubleshoot further. You can reach them by emailing [email protected] or via your JetBackup Client Area.
Additionally, it would assist them greatly if "Debug Active" was enabled in Settings >> General to provide more detailed logs.
