Backups are not showing

Backups are not showing in the WHM (should be over 100 and it only shows 25 and can't even view the backup files) and when I went to check the backup dates are changed to 2000-01-01.

The issue started after installing CloudLinux which is a very messy software and it changes a lot of permissions. When I contact them, they only do things that are related to their software and told me to contact other supports for other problems.

Thank you for contacting JetBackup! For the initial troubleshooting step, please try reindexing the destination. To do this, navigate to Destinations>> Reindex Destination.

Additionally, you may try restarting the JetBackup services using the commands below:

service jetmongod restart && sleep 5 && service jetbackup5d restart
