Hello,

I've reinstalled my cPanel server and now I need to recover my backups, but unfortunately, Disaster Recovery Wizard is not working fine for me.
my backups are located in a FTP server and I'm getting the following error when I try with recovery wizard:

Code: Select all

Error: Reindex process finished with Partially Completed status

also in I found the following error in /usr/local/jetapps/var/log/.../ftp/

Code: Select all

curl_easy_perform: Access denied to remote resource

Could anyone help to solve this problem please?

Thank you for reaching out to us! The error you provided indicates that the remote FTP server is denying access. To troubleshoot this, please check the credentials to the FTP server.
