Hi All,
We're getting this 'critical' warning every day from a server running JetBackup 5.3.14.1, CloudLinux 8.10 and cPanel 122:
Backup job "JetBackup Config" (#61821edf352fc6181a6c42e4) has been aborted due to the following error: There is no valid destination assigned to this backup job
It seems that JetBackup is forgetting or ignoring the valid destination. I know it's valid because the main backup job is pointing to the same valid destination, and that's working fine.
Any ideas?
Thx,
Ross

Hello itomic,
Thank you for reaching out. As an initial troubleshooting step, can you please make sure that JB Config is enabled for the destination and also try reindexing the destination? If the issue persists, I would advise contacting our Tech Support team so that they can take a closer look. You can do so by emailing [email protected] or through your JetApps Client Area.

To add - did this updated to
Base Version 5.3.14.1 Panel Version 5.3.14.1
# Change tier to RELEASE CANDIDATE (rc)
jetapps -t jetbackup5-{panel} rc
# Update JetBackup to v5.3.13
jetapps -u jetbackup5-{panel}
# Change tier back to RELEASE to receive RELEASE tier updates in the future
jetapps -t jetbackup5-{panel} release
Then still had the issue, when to plugins and reinstalled the SSH plugin and jobs started working.

Re: Backup job "JetBackup Config" has been aborted - There is no valid destination assigned to this backup job.
Same issue here. After today's upgrade of jetbackup5-cpanel to version 5.3.14.1-202 and plugin "SSH (Legacy)" to version "1.1.4-9 our servers are unable to run backups where the destination type is "SSH (Legacy)".
There have been no recent changes to the destination's configuration from our side. The issue started occurring right after your version updates.

I was able to resolve the issue by re-indexing the destination and restarting the jetbackup service.
