Thank you for using JetBackup! While examining the logs, I can see there was an issue restoring the account. It seems that the pre_restore.sh script could not be found, which prevented the restore from executing. Please ensure the path to the pre_restore.sh script was properly added to the Hooks section.

My host does not have pre_restore.sh nor pre_restore.php file.
How do I build a hook include script from scratch.

If your host does not have the pre_restore.sh hook, you may want to delete/disable the hook in the Hooks section to prevent the script from executing. To set up a custom hook, navigate to the Hooks section, where you can create and configure a hook to execute a custom script located on your server.
