Hi,

I have not yet purchased the service but i am considering it. I am on a WHM/cPanel VPS with only 1 account 1 user, me. SSH and FTP are all disabled and webmail is also disable (meaning i can still use email with cpanel but the webmail service connection is disabled)

I was wondering in that environment can JetBackup back up my WHM/cPanel VPS server or would you need SSH or FTP enabled to do so. I want to backup to my local drive, or backup and download however that would work.

Im not sure what all JetBackup can do for me, but if you have some links to share regarding my environment, that would be cool
