backup stuck at 14% the 2nd time

Our backup in jetbackup 5 got stuck at account number 10 and was stuck at 14% for 3-4 days, then i stopped it and it got run again on its schedule date and again stuck at account 10 and 14%.

What could be wrong with this account?

I modified the job and excluded account apkeatsc and run it now. lets see if this time it will crosses 14% or not. I will update here .

Update : its again stuck now after 9th account and at 13%
