Never Finished - [ERROR] #0 /usr/local/jetapps/var/lib/jetbackup5

Good morning,
I have 2 sites that don't backup nicely and get a failed one after 2 hours. The rest of the websites do make backups. See a piece of log below. Anyone have a solution?

OS : CloudLinux v8.9.0
Jetbackup : Base Version 5.3.9 Panel Version 5.3.9

Can you please share what destination type (and provider if applicable) you are using?

As an initial troubleshooting step, you can try lowering the number of "Maximum concurrent Threads" if the destination is using or jetindex engine (non-legacy destination). You can also try reducing the number of Concurrent Backup/Clone Tasks in Settings >> Performance.

Hello,
I make my backup to a NAS via FTP.
Last night I adjusted the installations but the problem still remains.
The problem is only on 2 sites, the other websites run fine.

NOTE: Higher value doesn't necessarily mean higher performance, we recommend 1 task per server CPU core, but no more than 5 for daily usage, and 10 for restoring in a disaster recovery mode.

NOTE: Higher value doesn't necessarily mean higher performance, we recommend 1 task per server CPU core, but no more than 5. You also need to consider limiting CPU usage (200% is a reasonable limit).

Kindly attempt to reduce the destination Concurrent Threads value by navigating to JetBackup 5 >> Destination >> Manage Destination >> Maximum Concurrent Threads. Additionally, please turn on debug so we can get more clues on this error. You can do this by accessing JetBackup 5 >> Settings >> Debug Active.
