SFTP backup failed because db too big

Hi,

I got issue with SFTP backup, backup always failed if the account has very big database.
But it SSH backup did well.

Any suggestion regarding this issue?

Thank you for supporting JetBackup! To find more clues on the issue, please enable debug mode by accessing Settings >> DebugActive. Afterward, kindly initiate an SFTP backup run and provide us with the error code you received.
