Restore Failed - whmapi1 setsiteip

Post by ebudist »

Hello,

I have experiencing error during restore several accounts using JB5, the log as following :

Code: Select all

[12/Jan/2024 04:03:33 +0000] [PID 2219008] Downloading account config data to temporary folder
[12/Jan/2024 04:04:48 +0000] [PID 2219008] Restoring account configurations (creating account if needed)
[12/Jan/2024 04:04:49 +0000] [PID 2219008] [PANEL] Running cPanel restorepkg script
[12/Jan/2024 04:04:58 +0000] [PID 2219008] [ERROR] Failed making API Call to cPanel/WHM (whmapi1) "setsiteip" function . Error: You cannot change IP addresses while an ip migration is in progress
[12/Jan/2024 04:04:58 +0000] [PID 2219008] Executing post restore hook
[12/Jan/2024 04:04:58 +0000] [PID 1758851] Failed

Does anyone have a clue on this? I did search many times but not getting anywhere. The only information I found is that likely a bug but already fixed in the past (2021). Case JB5-CP #62 https://changelog.jetbackup.com/jetbackup/5/base#cpanel

If that setsiteip meaning IP migration, I can confirm that my server is only using single public IP address and doesn't have any dedicated IP setup. The account to be restore itself is the existing account on that server.

Thank you

Hello ebudist,

Thank you for your patience! The error you have provided is not related to JetBackup. It appears that there is an ongoing IP migration task in cPanel|WHM. Kindly initiate another restore for the account once the IP migration finishes. Feel free to update this forum post if you encounter any further issues

Best Regards,
