We greatly appreciate your support and interest for JetBackup! This error occurs when the DNS zone for the domain already exists on the server. To troubleshoot this, please try this workaround from cPanel.

If the issue persists, I suggest opening a ticket with our support team by emailing [email protected] so that they can take a closer look.
