Orphans

I want ot find all my orphan backups and move them to a different directory. All my servers backup to a backup server. Also, when I list orphan accounts some of these no longer have backups, so how do you clean up this account list?

Hello energizedit,

We do NOT recommend manually moving your backups. Additionally, the orphan accounts without backups will be listed for 14 days and then JetBackup will automatically remove them.

If you are moving your accounts, we recommend adjusting the "Delete orphan backups older than" setting to Disabled in Settings >> General so that your backups do not get unintentionally removed.
