Problems with Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check Schedule

I have problems with Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check Schedule, we got the error:
[ERROR] Operation too slow. Less than 1 bytes/sec transferred the last 120 seconds (cURL Error Code: 28)

and it greatly increases the load on the server when it tries to do this operation

Is there a way to disable "Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check Schedule" until I fix this?

Hello wekecillo,

We do not allow users to disable the Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check because it is necessary for the object cleanup process. You can set the Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check Schedule (Settings >> Performance) to 90 days to delay when it will run and give yourself time to fix the error. Please keep in mind that delaying the Backup Cleanup and Integrity Check will prevent JetBackup from removing backups/data that are marked for deletion for the configured amount of days. Those backups/data will be kept on the storage destination until the Backup Cleanup and Integrity Check is scheduled to run and may incur additional storage costs depending on the destination.
