Trouble trying to restore email accounts

I am in the process of trying to restore the email accounts of a client affected by an issue with Shadow, which has resulted in their email accounts not being visible in cPanel. During the restoration attempt, an error is displayed. I have chosen to hide the domains to maintain the client's privacy, but I would greatly appreciate someone's help in understanding this issue.

Thank you for your inquiry! The error commonly occurs whenever there is an issue with the "passwd" file of the existing email accounts. You can read more about this error in the link below.

To address this error, try restoring the Full Account Backup with the "Terminate" flag enabled. This action will reset the cPanel account configuration and resolve any problems with the "passwd" files related to email accounts.
