wrong status un queue

i am using the api with jetbackup5api -F listQueueGroups -D 'type=2' and the result is a status 38, not the usual statuses https://prnt.sc/KAnqeXDzVPnR , what does this status mean?

Status 38 is not a value that is normally received. If possible, please post a screenshot of the output you are receiving when you are running the API call. Please include the status in the screenshot as well.
