Please Note: JetBackup 5 utilizes a new JetBackup Core and introduces a new Backup Structure/Format and Engine.

Thank you for your interest in JetBackup for Plesk! Currently, JetBackup is available on the ALPHA and EDGE tier. You can expect our initial release to BETA near the end of 2023. We normally allow at least 1 month before moving a version to the next tier, however, we do adjust our stable candidate depending on the feedback we receive for each release in addition to internal QA.

Hi,

I've tried installing but get the following on the curl part of install:

Reloading JetApps responsitories: GPG error ... The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUKEY 78BD6547CB3BD13

Anything i can do to force it, or do i need to wait on you to fix issue?

We haven't had any recent reports regarding installing the JetApps Repository. I would encourage opening a ticket with our Tech Support Team by emailing [email protected] or through your JetApps Client Area so they can take a closer looks at your server.

JetBackup 5 for Plesk looks promising. Are there plans to improve the backup speed further or add support for additional cloud storage platforms in the upcoming versions?

We are always looking to improve backup efficiency and make the process as smooth as possible. For additional cloud storage options, if it is S3 compatible, you can add it as a "Custom Vendor".

Thanks for the reply! I’ll check out the custom vendor option for S3 storage and submit a feature request for the platform I’m thinking of. I’ll also reach out to the support team if I need help
