Hello,
I would like to know how to create a backup on cPanel?
all the documents are in English and I am lost.

Hello Asmir,

In JetBackup 5, backup jobs can only be created using the WHM interface, not the cPanel interface. This would mean that you (or your WHM server administrator) would have to log in as the WHM admin, access the JetBackup 5 GUI, navigate to backup jobs, and click "Create New Backup Job". If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, please reach out to your hosting provider regarding no backups showing in the cPanel interface as this could be a result of JetBackup permissions changes.
