Hi all. my internet provider uses CGNAT (Carrier Grade Network Address Translation) and I am having difficulties when crating a new destination. this will be my firsts and only destination. the idea is to backup my database to my desktop using ftp as destination type. I fill every information asked and use my IP address ( given me by my IPS) as remote host. when I click on apply or save button JetBackp dos not respond anymore and stays so no matter what I change or do.. can any one help me out?? Tks

To verify that the issue is with JetBackup and not with your FTP client, please try manually connecting to the FTP destination. If you are able to successfully connect manually but are still experiencing issues when attempting to connect through JetBackup, we recommend reaching out to our 24/7 support team at [email protected] to open a ticket.
