Hello,

The directory has 22GB of space:
/usr/local/jetapps/var/lib

Is this normal amount of space consumed by this directory? Can it be cleared or moved to /home?

I moved the Workspace and Downloads directories to /home

Could you help me?

While the /usr/local/jetapps/var/lib directory can get quite large depending on the number of backups retained, as well as the overall size of the server that you are backing up, 22GB is still abnormal for this directory. Unfortunately, the contents of this directory cannot be moved as that would break the JetBackup software. I suggest opening a ticket with our 24/7/365 support team so that we can further investigate the cause of this unusually large size. You can reach them by emailing [email protected]
