Jetbackup 5 with cpanel error

i have Jetbackup 5 with cpanel. i have backup files in there but i was unable to restore or download it bcaz of error (You don't have permissions to access this section.) how to resolve it ?

This error occurs when the permissions for cPanel users, set by the server's WHM admin, are set to "No" for a specific action. In this case, it appears that the server admin has disallowed backup downloads for cPanel users. As a result, the only way to resolve this would be to contact the server admin and request permission to download backups.
