Hi , recently i was install jetbackup5 , i tried to add new destional as ftp , but it's not working at all .
i got below error :
Error: Failed creating dir '' after 3 retries.


ftp user and pass are OK , there is no network probelm and ips allowed in source and destination .

any suggest about it ?

If all of the information (user, pass, etc.) was input correctly into JetBackup, then this would typically indicate some misconfiguration on the FTP server. This could be anything from the FTP config file to the permissions set on the directory that you are trying to use as your destination.
