Error in only one account

Hello,

Jetbackup runs the Job correctly for multiple accounts, only 1 account always returns the same error. Creating backup manually or in Daily Job, error occurs only with this account:

This error is an Rsync error, specifically Rsync error code 12. This can indicate a number of things (insufficient disk space, idle connection timeout, etc.). In order to properly diagnose this issue, we advise that you open a ticket with our 24/7/365 support team by emailing [email protected]
