server cant access plugins repository

Hi

I'm trying to install S3 plugin for JetBackup but it seems the server network has a problem and can't access plugins repository !!
Is there any way to install plugin manually?
Or any other solution like I don't know connecting to a proxy for a minute to install this 1 plugin'?
