None of my backups are restoring on any of my accounts

Hello imorandin,

You can update JetBackup to the EDGE version then set your update tier back to STABLE so you would continue fetching stable updates in the future by using the following commands:

Code: Select all

jetapps -t jetbackup5-{panel} edge
jetapps -u jetbackup5-{panel}
jetapps -t jetbackup5-{panel} stable
Please make sure to swap {panel} with your appropriate version (cpanel | directadmin | linux)

Feel free to reach out to our 24/7 technical support team at [email protected] if you need any further assistance.

Best
