Back up pending for days at jetbackup 5
Posted: February 27th, 2022, 10:47 am
Last days my scheduled daily backup keeps running for days and never finish.
I use digitalocean buckets to store my backup there. I read at the documentation that users with cloudlinux should try to change the default rsync setting from "/usr/local/jetapps/usr/bin/rsync" to native rsync.
"There is a known issue with CloudLinux servers when using JetBackup's default rsync /usr/local/jetapps/usr/bin/rsync that can cause the Backup Job Run's Forever issue. As a workaround, it is recommended to use the native rsync. "
It means to write just "rsync" to the field instead of "/usr/local/jetapps/usr/bin/rsync" ??
I did this and the backup still stuck at pending.

the log file says the following:

I also tried to find the "Kill zombie process id's" that the documentation said but I can't find it on jetbackup 5.
Any help? I have not taken backup for 4 days and I feel really nervous.
