Hi, on my whm server recently have started to backup failed with the error

[ERROR] 	Failed to prepare temporary snapshot folder. Error: put: /usr/local/jetapps/tmp/rBiYVhw5ZcCgPE1MNWHTz3bkg: Access failed: Quota exceeded (./jetbackup_1_1_614b77b9062df52bec30aa92/krinkos/jbm.account.full/rBiYVhw5ZcCgPE1MNWHTz3bkg)

Anyone know how to fix this please?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out through our forums. Taking a look at the error posted, the Backup Job Failed due to being unable to transfer the file from the local server to the destination server.

Code: Select all

Access failed: Quota exceeded

This error typically indicates that the destination server partition is close to being full or has passed some limit. Please ensure the disk partition that the Backup Directory is located has enough space to perform the backup.
