hi
I am updating from 4 to 5, i uninstalled version 4 and installed 5 following this guide https://docs.jetbackup.com/v5.1/adminpa ... ation.html , no error during the installation, however when i open jetbackup in WHM it dosn´t show anything, in the browser inspector i see some errors https://prnt.sc/13ax3gf , what could be causing this error?

nevermind, it was a iframe from whcms connect

Thank you for reaching out via our forums. FYI we were aware of the Iframe issues with cross-orgin frames being blocked causing the jetbackup 5 iframe to not load. We have since fixed this issue on JetBackup v5.1.11 which is currently available on the EDGE tier. You can see this change and others in our JetBackup 5 Changelog.
