Upgrade to version 4 fails

Tried on 2 servers but both failed with same issue:

Error: Package: jetbackup-4.0.2-1.noarch (jetapps-stable)
Requires: jetmongod-cpanel >= 1.0.0

I see further up in the log --> Processing Dependency: jetmongod >= 3.4.2 for package: jetbackup-core-2.0.11-1.noarch

I guess that is different. Is there a way I can force install of jetmongod-cpanel ? Or is there a workaround for this?

Support fixed the issue. Upgrade works fine now.
