Hi,

I'm new to Jet Backup and I found this "Partially Completed" status for the 1st job that I created.

The job type is: Accounts - Incremental
Is status "Partially Completed" bad or not? Do I need to do anything else?

And I want to know if the job will backup only the changed files in the client's account when will run again.

Hi,

In general, a "Partially completed" status means that the backup procedure was completed, only that it has some issues with some accounts / files. To find out more you will need to open the backup job log and see which account failed (search for the word "failed" inside the log).
