Hi
i have configure jetbackup for running daily+ see screenshot for configuration

i see the some errors regarding:

FAILED - Failed to create the destination folder. Error: mkdir: Access failed: 550 Directory already exists

how i can overwrite backups?

It's hard to guess what exactly is the issue based on the provided information.
