When user generates backup download file is created with root ownership.
Error page is displayed when trying to download backup:

HTTP error 401
download
You do not have permission to access this page.
Could not read file “/home/----/.jbm/downloads/download_----_544_full_1504082641.tar.gz” as uid 1140

Actual file exists but the owner is root.

Hi,

I couldn't replicate this issue on my side....
Owner seems fine, and I am able to download the files.
Can you please specify which backup destination are you using (I tried remote SSH in my test).

Yes, you can turn on debug mode form the General settings.

I would like to take a further look on the server, can you please open a ticket with us providing server login details with a reference to this thread ?
