Hi Gang,

I have created an incremental backup for 3 large sites (over 10GB each) and manually ran the job but seems to be stuck. I started the job several hours ago.

I am also checking the remote ftp location and no files are written despite the backup destination being added successfully.

Any ideas?

It's really hard to diagnose as we need some more information.
Can you please open a support ticket with us providing server details so we could have a closer look ?

Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend using FTP for large sites, rsync over ssh should be much more reliable & faster.
