Hello,

We are currently evaluating the product. One of the problem faced is the mounted drives.

Some accounts do have one or more mounted drives to their account. The JetServerBackup doesn't save those.

Any idea why those directories with mounted drives get ignored ?

We are using CloudLinux+CageFS

I guess that uninstall will fix it

Subscription cancelled for 12 servers...

Uninstalled on al of those...
