Hi,

with all our installations of jetbackup we note the following error using jbmcli and a lot of functions are not working.

jbmcli --help

Failed loading /usr/local/Zend/lib/Guard-7.0.0/php-5.5.x/ZendGuardLoader.so: /usr/local/Zend/lib/Guard-7.0.0/php-5.5.x/ZendGuardLoader.so: undefined symbol: zend_execute_ex

Site error: the file <b>/etc/jetserverbackupsmanager/jbmcli.php</b> requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the <a href="http://www.ioncube.com/lw/">ionCube Loader Wizard</a> to assist with installation.root@nd103 [~]#

(ioncube is enabled in whm -> tweak setting -> cPanel PHP loader. Also apache is compiled with ioncube)

We also try to uninstall jetbackup but we receive the same error message.

thanks

Hi,

This happened in the pass after cPanel pushed an update which changed settings in their 3rd party PHP, breaking our module (and others as well).

Since JetBackup 3.1 we are using our own PHP (7) version, so we are not bounded to cPanel.
