Hello,

in the cPanel Backup configuration i set up an FTP destination. Validation success, works perfectly.

But, in the Jetbackup manager, i got the following error message:

"There was an error with the last indexing job (clear cache). The provided information might be inaccurate and it is advised to manually execute the indexing job again via the server's cli -

jbmcli -vf --run clearcache"

After clear cache command, I get:

"Indexing destination '500FTP'
Destination index FAILED - ftp_login(): Login incorrect."

And, I can't modify or delete this destination from Jetbackup Backup Destinations, there isn't any icon in options section.

I added a new destination with same FTP data, that's working perfectly.

Here is the log:

Hello,

Can you try to use LFTP instead of FTP destination?
