Is there a place we can adjust and correct spelling and grammar issues without them being overwritten?

Things like "The selected account where successfully added to the queue" don't look very professional for us to use in a commercial hosting environment.

you can add override languages files -

Path to the WHM override language folder:
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/jetserverbackupsmanager/languages/override/

Path to the cPanel override language folder:
/usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/backupsmanager/languages/override/
