Jetserver Backup V3 trial

Looks good but when trying to validate Amazon S3 just get Invalid value provided to the field "Secret Access Key"- with an already working key or a newly created one.

Can't open a support ticket as not a purchased product. Won't purchase until I can test it...

Hi Nick,

Thank you for reporting this.

I was able to replicate this in our test server and opened in internal case with our developers.

We will release a patch in a couple of days.

Hi, Any update on this yet? I see Jetsever updated to 3.0.54 today, but still same error...

Hi Nick,

Can you please verify you are not taking any "whitespace" in your key ?
From what we've seen so far, the was the issue, when copy & pasting from Amazon's site, you usually take a whitespace at the end/start of the key, that causes an error.

If it's not the issue, please register with us at -

and open a support ticket providing access details to your system so we can have a look.
