I restored a backup with JBM via the cPanel interface, which did something to my files which created a weird redirection loop which I had not had before.
Your support has taken over 24 hours to respond to BuycPanel's request and I'm stuck without a functional website while I wait.
Looks like I'll be taking up the money back guarantee and will be sticking with the integrated solution that works perfectly well! It's also sad to see you have this forum but there is barely any staff on here, not to mention going to the JBM website and clicking "Forum" redirects you to wrong board for some WHCMS plugin of some kind.

I had the same problem, the software has a problem with permissions
you need to chmod 755 directories, and chmod 644 files, and chown -R owner:owner all the files upon restore
