problem with Disaster Recovery Wizard

Hello,

I've reinstalled my cPanel server and now I need to recover my backups, but unfortunately, Disaster Recovery Wizard is not working fine for me.
my backups are located in a FTP server and I'm getting the following error when I try with recovery wizard:

Code: Select all

Error: Reindex process finished with Partially Completed status

also in I found the following error in /usr/local/jetapps/var/log/.../ftp/

Code: Select all

curl_easy_perform: Access denied to remote resource

Could anyone help to solve this problem please?
