SOLVED: Queue item stuck in pending and won't cancel

I've got a JBCONFIG backup in the queue that won't cancel and is stuck in pending.

Does anyone know how I can manually remove it?

To add some additional context...

I have 2 destinations and the JB Config backup alerted me it was doing partial completions (successfully to only one of the destinations). I had queued it up to run again, and then saw that the failed destination needed to be reindexed. I successfully reindexed but the JB Config queued up request stayed at pending.

Now, when I try to cancel, it says it's sending the cancel signal but nothing else changes and the queued item remains Pending.

Thank you for contacting our forum! You may try to cancel the JB Config job by restarting the JetBackup services. Below are the commands to run to restart JetBackup.

systemctl jetmongod restart
systemctl jetbackup5d restart

Thanks for that. Feeling a bit silly that I had restarted jetmongod but not jetbackup5d.
