I am following these instructions:
https://docs.jetbackup.com/manual/whm/G ... ation.html
First, the JetApps option does not appear in the WHM menus under Plugins.
Second, when I run the command to install JetBackup 4 I get this error in the shell:
----
Failed to get versions
----
And a logfile mentioned. Which does not exist.
I note that the only reason I am trying to install JB 4 on this server is that I am moving to another server, and want to use all my settings in JB5.
But JetBackup 5 does NOT supply a way of exporting / importing settings between JB5 installs.
So I was going to try to import the JB4 settings from the old server into the new server. Then use the migration tool to import the JB4 settings into JB5.
All this rigmarole could be prevented by JetApps supplying a JB5 export/import tool.

Hello Joker,
JetBackup 4 is not compatible with AlmaLinux 8 as noted in our documentation.

We do have a JB Config Export/Import tool available in JetBackup 5 on v5.3.5 EDGE/BETA. This will allow you to transfer your JB5 settings to another installation similarly to how it was done in JB4. For more information, please refer to our documentation here:I note that the only reason I am trying to install JB 4 on this server is that I am moving to another server, and want to use all my settings in JB5.
