requested domain name does not match the server's certificate

Post by sonicone »

Using CPANEL I'm trying to have a full backup for the last month or so with no success. Archive backup goes well, but incremental backup stops at the middle and return errors.

First I used Backblaze service, then changed to Wasabi and now trying Amazon - all return errors at this point or another.

Wasabi and Amazon returns same errors, I have 117 sites to backup, half goes well but then it stops with the following error for example:

Code: Select all

[24/Oct/2023 21:47:34 +0000] [PID 2086718] Executing pre account backup hook
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:34 +0000] [PID 2086718] Starting account backup for ----
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:35 +0000] [PID 2086718] [ERROR] Failed connecting destination "Amazon" (#65360fac45012b3a690d7c52). Error: Moved Permanently
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:35 +0000] [PID 2086718] [ERROR] There is no valid destinations
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:35 +0000] [PID 2086718] Backup Failed
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:35 +0000] [PID 2086718] Executing post account backup hook
[24/Oct/2023 21:47:35 +0000] [PID 2086718]
After that if I try to reactivate or redefine new destination it returns:

Code: Select all

Registering Destination... Failed - Error: Unable to communicate securely with peer: requested domain name does not match the server's certificate. (cURL Error Code: 51)
Withing the setup of the destination I tried both with and without validate-ssl

My IT tells me there is no blockage of these external services from our end

Can someone please help with this?

Thanks!

Hello sonicone

Thank you for your patience. Please try restarting services and see if that resolves the issue. You can restart services by running the command below.

systemctl restart jetbackup5d

systemctl restart jetmongod

Best Regards
