Backup folder

Hello. I want to transfer my site to another host. I am looking for a place where I can send my backup to the other host. I don't see the backup folder on both hosts. How can I see this folder ?
I am on a shared host
If I can't access the backup file. Is there another application I can install on my host?

We do not recommend manually moving/transferring the backup contents at any time. However, you are able to download the backups in a usuable format by navigating to the Restore & Download Page in JetBackup. For more information, please refer to our documentation here.
