Error in transferring backups to Custom S3 Destination

Hello guys.

We are using cPanel jetbackup plugin version 5 with custom S3 compatible destination in order to store our backups on the cloud.
The problem we have faced into is that none of our backups are successfully sent to the destination since they run into the error "Item Never Finished" right after the message "Transferring account ---- backup to destination ----".

Although we are aware that Custom S3 compatible plugin is already in EXPERIMENTAL tier and it might experience such these errors, but we want to know if there is any misconfiguration in our plugin settings or not.

P.S: The .index files are correctly transferred to the destination. the problem is only exists for the backup files
