Hi,

Via WHM I have created a back up job which I want users to be able to use to run backups of their accounts manually, configuration screenshot is attached.
In settings, I want to set this job as the backup job on the 'Backup on Demand' tab, however the dropdown only shows 'disable backup on demand system'
I'm presuming it's a box I've checked/not checked, but can't see where.

Any help much appreciated.

Backups on Demand can only be created if you have all Backup Items selected when creating a backup job. Looking at your On-Demand job I can see that Email Accounts is not selected. In order to use this job for On Demand Backups you must also select Email Accounts for this job. If you would like to save space by not backing up the contents of these email accounts, you can backup only the structure by selecting Email Accounts and then unselecting Include Email Contents. Then you will be able to use this job for On Demand Backups.
